We want you completely satisfied with your keyboards, keycaps, and mousepads!
If something isn’t right, here’s our simple return process.

Return Window-You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return (Canada & US orders).
2. Eligible Items-Almost everything can be returned as long as it is:

Unused and in brand-new, resellable condition
In original packaging with all accessories, stickers, and paperwork
Keycaps still sealed (if they arrived sealed) or uninstalled

Non-returnable items:

Custom-made or personalized keycaps/keyboards
Items marked “Final Sale”

3. How to Start a Return

Email us at mouseloominfo@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
We’ll send you the return shipping address and instructions right away.
Ship the item back to us (you pay return shipping unless the item is defective or we made a mistake).

4. Refund Amount

Full refund to your original payment method (processed through Square) as soon as we receive and inspect the item.
Original outgoing shipping cost is non-refundable (except for faulty/wrong items).
No restocking fee.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item-If your keyboard, keycaps, or mousepad arrives DOA, damaged, or we sent the wrong thing:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll pay return shipping and send a replacement or full refund immediately (your choice).

6. Refund Timeline-Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receiving your return.
Funds typically appear back on your card in 5–10 business days (depends on your bank and Square).

7. Local Edmonton Customers-Picked up in person or got free local delivery? Just message us to drop it off (by appointment) within 30 days for an instant refund or exchange.
