Free delivery within greater Edmonton on most days (we’ll confirm exact day/time after you order).

Curbside pickup is also available free of charge — choose “Pick Up” at checkout.
4. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Canada Post
(U.S. orders are handed off to USPS after clearing customs)
5. Order Processing TimeOrders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom or made-to-order items may take longer — estimated ship date will appear on the product page.

7. Tracking You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships:

USA → track at usps.com (or canadapost.ca until it crosses the border)
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)U.S. customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by U.S. Customs/USPS. These are not included in your order total.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages-Contact us within 30 days of ship date for lost packages or 14 days after delivery for damaged items. We’ll work with Canada Post to resolve it.
10. Incorrect Addresses & Returns to Sender-You’re responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Packages returned to us will require payment of new shipping fees before we re-send.
