By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. General

  • These terms apply to all visits and purchases made on mouseloom.ca

  • We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always posted here.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

  • We try our hardest to keep prices and stock accurate, but if we discover an error after you order, we’ll contact you with options (cancel with full refund or pay the correct amount).

3. Ordering & Payment

  • You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

  • We accept payments securely through Square (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, paypal)

  • Your payment is processed immediately at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation and a receipt from both us and Square.

Current rates in brief:

  • Edmonton & surrounding area → Free (delivery or pickup)

  • Rest of Canada → $20 flat (free on orders over $100)

  • United States → $30 flat (free on orders over $150)

5. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Quick summary: 14-day return window for unused items in original condition (buyer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake).

6. Order Cancellations & Changes You may cancel or modify your order before it is shipped—just email us right away.
Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible (return it instead).

7. Intellectual Property All photos, text, logos, and designs on this Site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for delays or issues caused by Canada Post, USPS, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.

9. Accuracy of InformationYou are responsible for providing correct billing and shipping addresses. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of incorrect information you supplied.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
